The first RPG played this year was boring old D&D5e. However, what was cool about this campaign over the typical games was that this was a relatively new gaming group. A departure from the regular crew that I had been with for many years. This was a bunch of co-workers. We would simply stay late after our shifts and play in one of the conference rooms. Everyone else were newbies and looked to me as kind of the RPG authority.
The GM was also new and he changed my mind about what it takes to successfully run a game. It was pretty good.
